Ingredients
- 13 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Ground Kona Coffee, Decaffeinated
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1/4 cups Dry Mustard
- 1/4 cups Granulated Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper, Coarse
- 2 Tablespoons Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 4 whole Steaks, I Prefer Sirloin, But This Is Great On Any Steak
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, excepts steaks, in a bowl; mix with fingers to break up any clumps.

2Depending on the cheese, you may want to pulse the blend in the bowl of your food processor a few times.

3Dry steaks and dredge in the rub and press into the meat.

4Let rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or however long it takes to get your grill ready for direct grilling.

5I use charcoal and that takes at least 30 minutes.

6Clean and oil yor grill grates when the coals are ready.

7Grill each steak for 6-8 minutes per side, depending on the thickness.

8My steaks are usually thicker, so we grill all 4 sides.

9Grill to perfection!
