  • 2 boil-in-bag rice
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. ham or other meat, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. shredded carrots
  • 1 egg, scrambled

    Cook rice as directed.

    Set aside to drain.

    Put veggies in skillet with small amount of oil.

    Stir fry.

    Add 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
