- 1 c. long or short grain rice
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. onions, sliced small
- 1 c. cabbage and carrots, shredded
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. meats (could be left over)
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. bacon grease
Directions

1Cook rice as directed.

2When rice is done, remove lid and set aside.

3Cook meat with 1/4 to 1/2 bacon grease until brown, then add carrots, cabbage (optional celery or others) and onions and fry together.

4When done, add catsup and soy sauce, salt and pepper as desired.

5Add cooked rice, meat and vegetables and fry together.
