- 1 1/3 c. regular rice
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 3 c. cooked, diced meat or seafood
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 3 c. boiling water
Directions

1In skillet, cook and stir rice in oil over medium heat until brown.

2Add salt, water, bouillon and soy sauce.

3Cover tightly. Simmer on low heat 20 minutes.

4Add onions, celery, green peppers and meat.

5Cover tightly and simmer 10 minutes longer or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
