- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/4 c. finely chopped, cooked ham, pork, bacon or Chinese sausage or a combination
- 1/4 c. raw shrimp, shelled and finely chopped (optional)
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 c. cooked rice (cold)
- 1 tsp. m.s.g.
- 2 Tbsp. scallions, cut fine
Directions

1In hot oil, brown garlic, stir in shrimp for 1 minute, then add meat sauce.

2Saute 3 minutes.

3Push to one side of pan and stir in eggs until cooked, then stir in rice.

4Season with soy sauce, m.s.g., salt, pepper and scallions.

5Mix well.
