  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1/3 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • cooking oil

Directions

    Cook rice and 2 cups water, following package directions.

    Set aside.

    Saute the onion in a little cooking oil.

    Add egg, cooked rice, 1/3 cup water and soy sauce.

    Mix well.
