Directions

1Brown vegetables in 1/2 stick of margarine until tender.

2Cook 2 cups of Minute rice; add to vegetables with 1/4 cup of soy sauce.

3While this is warming, fry 2 eggs.

4Mash very fine, then add to rice and vegetables.
