- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions

1Brown ground beef in skillet just until pink.

2Add green pepper, onion and salt and pepper to taste.

3Mix well, cook, covered until ground beef in cooked through; drain, stir in rice and soy sauce.
