- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 3/4 c. 1% low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. extra spicy salt-free herb-and-spice blend
- 1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
Directions

1Place spinach on paper towels and squeeze until barely moist; set aside.

2Position knife blade in food processor bowl.

3Add next 5 ingredients; process until smooth.

4Add spinach and bell pepper; process until pepper is finely minced.

5Spoon into a bowl, cover and chill.

6Serve with plain crackers or carrot sticks.
