Fried Rice W/ Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 14 cup light soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons red wine
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or substitute salt and garlic powder for Garlic salt)
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrot
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 cups rice, cooked and cooled

Directions

    Mix the first three ingredients in small bowl.

    Heat a small skillet over medium heat, then add 2 Tablespoons of the oil and the lightly beaten eggs.

    Cook till eggs are moist.

    Place wok over medium heat, let the wok heat up, then add the rest of the oil and garlic powder.

    Stir briefly.

    Add the Frozen veggies and the pepper, then stir fry for one minute.

    Add the rice and eggs and Stir fry an additional 5-6 minutes.

    Add Sauce and mix well.

    Serve Hot.
