Fried Rice with Salmon Flakes

- 2 rice bowls' worth Plain cooked rice
- 1 Salmon flakes
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Green onions or scallions
- 1 White sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Soy sauce
Directions

1Finely chop the green onion.

2Add some salt (not listed) to the egg and beat it.

3Heat up the sesame oil in a frying pan and pour in the beaten egg from Step 1.

4Add the rice immediately and cook over high heat.

5Mix and stir-fry the egg and rice, then add the salmon flakes and the green onion.

6Continue cooking over medium heat.

7Once Step 3 has been lightly cooked, add the white sesame seeds and the soy sauce.

8Once the flavors have blended, add salt and pepper to taste.

9Cook over low heat and serve.
