Fried Rice with Salmon Flakes

  • 2 rice bowls' worth Plain cooked rice
  • 1 Salmon flakes
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Green onions or scallions
  • 1 White sesame seeds (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 Soy sauce

Directions

    Finely chop the green onion.

    Add some salt (not listed) to the egg and beat it.

    Heat up the sesame oil in a frying pan and pour in the beaten egg from Step 1.

    Add the rice immediately and cook over high heat.

    Mix and stir-fry the egg and rice, then add the salmon flakes and the green onion.

    Continue cooking over medium heat.

    Once Step 3 has been lightly cooked, add the white sesame seeds and the soy sauce.

    Once the flavors have blended, add salt and pepper to taste.
