- shrimp 1 pound lg., in shells
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon dry sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 3 green onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions

1Marinate the shrimp in the shells for 15 minutes in the soy sauce, sherry and ginger.

2Drain.

3Stir-fry in a hot pan with the peanut oil and garlic until the color changes.

4Add the green onions.

5Add the salt and sesame oil.

6Toss until the onions barely wilt.

7Serve hot.

8Let each guest remove the shells at the table.
