- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 12 soft shell crabs, cleaned
- canola oil for frying
Directions

1Mix flour, salt, pepper and baking powder.

2Dredge crabs in flour mixture to coat well.

3In a large frypan or electric skillet, heat about 1/2 inch of oil to 375°.

4Add crabs and lower heat to 350°.

5Cook crabs until browned, about 5 minutes on each side.

6Serves 6.
