- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 to 1 c. flour
Directions

1Place sliced squash in large bowl with lid.

2Add salt, pepper and 1/2 to 1 cup flour.

3Shake bowl to coat the squash.

4Place in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour or overnight.

5Drain excess liquid from bowl.

6Place squash slices in hot grease and fry.
