- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. flour (more if needed to thicken)
- 1 c. sour cream
- freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add garlic, salt, mushrooms and parsley.

3Saute, stirring until mushrooms are cooked.

4Stir in flour, then sour cream.

5Blend well (thicken).

6Pour into chafing dish.

7Grind pepper over.

8Serve with Melba toast or toast points.
