- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Peel and slice squash into thin slices.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3Dip squash into mixture of eggs and milk.

4Roll in bread crumbs and dip in milk a second time.

5Roll squash in bread crumbs and drop into hot grease until brown, approximately 5 minutes.
