- 2 c. cooked yellow squash
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 well-beaten eggs
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Drain squash and add onions, eggs, bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper; mix well.

2Shape mixture into balls; roll in additional bread crumbs.

3Chill about 6 hours.
