- 1 onion, finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 egg, beaten
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- cornmeal
- cooking oil
Directions

1Boil squash with onion and salt to taste until tender.

2Drain and mash.

3Add next 3 ingredients and blend.

4Refrigerate a few hours.

5Shape mixture into balls.

6Roll in cornmeal and fry in hot oil until brown.

7Bell peppers, hot peppers and mushrooms are 3 fresh vegetables that can be frozen.
