- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. diced pimento
- 1 c. Riceland rice
- 2 c. hot chicken broth
Directions

1Saute onions and peppers in margarine until tender.

2Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

3Turn heat to low; cover pan and simmer about 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
