- 1 teaspoon oil
- 12 ounce butter
- 1 slice lemon
- vinegar
Directions

1Clean the fish by removing its head, entrails, fins, and gills.

3Frozen fish is already cleaned).

4Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan, and fry the fish over a moderate heat, for about 5 minutes on each side.

5Serve with a slice of lemon, or vinegar, and brown or French bread and butter.
