- 2 1/2 c. club cracker crumbs
- 1 c. oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 lb. boneless turkey breast
Directions

1Roll crackers into crumbs.

2Beat eggs with fork.

3Cut turkey breast into small pieces (not too small).

4Dip turkey into egg and roll in crackers.

5Drop into hot oil until golden brown.

6Turn and brown other side.

7Remove from oil and place on rack in roaster. Mix Kitchen Bouquet and water.

8Pour half mixture slowly over meat.
-
9Cover and bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours.

10Pour rest of water and Kitchen Bouquet over meat after 3/4 hour of baking.
