- 1 (10 lb.) turkey
- Cajun seasoning
- peanut oil (enough to cover turkey when cooking)
Directions

1Empty the cavity of the turkey and rinse.

2Rub the turkey inside and outside with Cajun seasoning.

3Drop turkey into hot oil.

4Cook 5 minutes per pound. Turkey will float when done. Remove turkey and cover with aluminum foil.

5Let oil drain.
