- 3 to 4 boneless and skinless turkey fillets
- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. lemon juice
- garlic salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 to 2 c. cooking oil
- parsley
- 1 medium onion
- 3 tsp. minced garlic
- dash of black pepper
Directions

1Marinate turkey fillets in 2 cups of lemon juice, 3 teaspoons of minced garlic, 5 to 6 shakes parsley, 1 medium onion, sliced into rings, 3 to 4 shakes of garlic salt and 3 beaten eggs for around 24 hours.

2Then, in separate dish, put flour, 3 teaspoons garlic salt, 3 teaspoons of parsley and pepper.

3Over medium heat on stove, heat oil, depending on skillet size.

4While oil is heating, take turkey from marinade and roll into flour mixture along with onion, then put into hot oil.

5Cook until golden brown, turning several times on medium heat.

6Serve with black beans and rice.
