  • 400 grams cabbage, chopped into small thin lengthwise
  • 70 grams rice flour
  • 200 grams wheat flour
  • 2 spring onions, cut into small pieces
  • 250-300 ml water

Directions

    Add cabbage and spring onions in a bowl and stir well.

    Add rice flour and wheat flour in,mix it very well.

    Add water and Ground ingredients,stir well.

    Heat oil in a pan and then add a tablespoon vegetables batter,fry until golden brown.

    Bakwan(fried vegetables) ready to serve.

    Is good to eat it when it still hot.
