- 400 grams cabbage, chopped into small thin lengthwise
- 70 grams rice flour
- 200 grams wheat flour
- 2 spring onions, cut into small pieces
- 250-300 ml water
Directions

1Add cabbage and spring onions in a bowl and stir well.

2Add rice flour and wheat flour in,mix it very well.

3Add water and Ground ingredients,stir well.

4Heat oil in a pan and then add a tablespoon vegetables batter,fry until golden brown.

5Bakwan(fried vegetables) ready to serve.

6Is good to eat it when it still hot.
