Fried Venison Steak

  • 6 venison steaks
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar or red wine
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • oil for frying
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Marinate steaks in first 5 ingredients for 2 hours.

    Take steaks out of marinade.

    Dip in flour and salt.

    Fry in hot oil until brown.

    Add can of mushroom soup and water.

    Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
