  • Venison steaks, tenderized
  • Milk
  • 1 c. Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning

    Soak steaks in milk overnight.

    Mix flour and seasonings. Dredge steaks in flour mixture.

    Heat oil in large pan and fry steaks until done.
