- 1 lb. finely chopped, cooked pork
- 8 fresh prawns, cleaned and cooked
- 3 water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 green onion
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 pkg. won ton skins
Directions

1Chop all ingredients fine.

2Place in bowl and mix soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch and water.

3Cook to thicken.

4Wrap meat mixture in won ton skins. Cook in hot oil. Drain and serve with sweet and sour sauce.
