Fried Won Ton Crab Rangoon

  • 1-1/4 qt. PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2-1/2 cups canned crabmeat, well drained, flaked
  • 1/3 cup green onions, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. crab base
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • 150 each won ton wrappers

Directions

    Beat cream cheese, crabmeat, onions, crab base, salt and pepper with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

    Spoon 2 tsp.

    of the cream cheese mixture onto each won ton wrapper.

    Brush edges of wrapper lightly with water; fold in half to form triangle.

    Gently press top of each won ton to remove any air pockets; press edges together to seal.

    Add, in batches, to 360F-deep-fat fryer; cook 1 to 2 min.

    or until crisp and light golden brown.
