- 1-1/4 qt. PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
- 2-1/2 cups canned crabmeat, well drained, flaked
- 1/3 cup green onions, minced
- 1 Tbsp. crab base
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 150 each won ton wrappers
Directions

1Beat cream cheese, crabmeat, onions, crab base, salt and pepper with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

2Spoon 2 tsp.

3of the cream cheese mixture onto each won ton wrapper.

4Brush edges of wrapper lightly with water; fold in half to form triangle.

5Gently press top of each won ton to remove any air pockets; press edges together to seal.

6Add, in batches, to 360F-deep-fat fryer; cook 1 to 2 min.
