- 2 pkg. wonton skins
- 1 lb. ground beef or pork
- 1 small can water chestnuts, finely diced
- 1 large chopped onion
- 2 stalks green onions, finely diced
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. sake (Japanese rice wine)
Directions

1Brown meat in oil until brown and crumbly.

2Add diced water chestnuts and 1 onion.

3Season with soy sauce, garlic powder and pepper.

4Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

5Stir in cornstarch dissolved in sake.

6Add green onions and cook for 1 minute.

7Let it cool.
