- 1/4 c. green onion, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ginger root, grated
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 lb. ground beef or pork
- 4 oz. shrimp, chopped
- 40 wonton skins
- cooking oil for deep fat frying
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, combine egg, cabbage, green onion, soy sauce, grated ginger root, sugar, salt, sesame oil, garlic and a dash of pepper.

2Add the ground beef or pork and chopped shrimp; mix well.
