- 1 c. sifted self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. melted fat or oil
- fruit, vegetables or meat
Directions

1Stir milk into well beaten eggs; add flour and beat until smooth.

2Stir in fat and mix until well blended.

3Dip fruit, vegetables or meat into fritter batter.

4Drop into hot deep fat (375°) and fry until golden brown.

5Drain and serve hot.
