  • 2 cans (14.5 Oz. Can) Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 whole Onion, Minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Chili Pepper Flakes
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 whole Jalapeno, De-seeded And De-veined
  • 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

    You can add more tomatoes for less heat.
