  • 125 ml hot water
  • 225 grams flour
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch salt

Directions

    Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

    Rub the butter in the flour.

    Mix the water in until a dough is formed.

    Dived the dough in ping pong balls size and rool them thinly.

    In a very hot pan put the tortillas until they get golden brown then flip it and let it cook on the other side.

    Serve hot.
