- 1 large head cauliflower
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. (4 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
- paprika
- tomato wedges (optional)
Directions

1Wash cauliflower, remove leaves and cut out core.

2Cook, covered, in boiling, salted water for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender.

3Drain.

4Place cauliflower in a shallow ungreased baking pan.

5Combine mayonnaise and mustard; spread over cauliflower. Bake at 375° for 5 minutes.

6Top with cheese and bake an additional 4 to 5 minutes.

7Sprinkle lightly with paprika; garnish with tomato wedges, if desired.
