Frosted Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • juice of 1 lemon or 2 Tbsp. ReaLemon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

    Mix jello, hot water, salt and lemon juice.

    Add cold water last.

    Pour into 13 x 9-inch dish.

    Refrigerate until it only begins to gel.

    Then add pineapple and bananas.

    Chill until set.
