  • 1 tsp. cold water
  • 1 lb. large pecan halves
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt

    Preheat oven to 225°.

    Beat egg white with water in mixer bowl until frothy.

    Stir in pecans.

    Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl.

    Add to pecans; mix well.

    Spread on baking sheet.
