  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2/3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Beat egg white and water until frothy.

    Add sugar, cinnamon and salt.

    Pour over pecans and stir until well coated.

    Place on a buttered cookie sheet.
