- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. wild rice and seasonings
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp. onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- seasoning salt
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 3 c. chicken stock
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan.

2Heat until rice is well coated.

3Heat sherry and chicken stock to boil.

4Stir in rice and pour into baking dish.

5Cover and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350° until liquids are absorbed by rice.
