  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. wild rice and seasonings
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • seasoning salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry
  • 3 c. chicken stock

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan.

    Heat until rice is well coated.

    Heat sherry and chicken stock to boil.

    Stir in rice and pour into baking dish.

    Cover and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350° until liquids are absorbed by rice.
