  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

    Beat egg white and water until frothy.

    Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon.

    Add to nuts and place on cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 300°.
