  • 1 medium banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 c. orange, pineapple, grape or apple juice or low-calorie cranberry juice, chilled
  • 1/2 c. fat-free milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 ice cubes

    In a blender container, combine the banana chunks, chilled fruit juice, milk, vanilla and ice cubes.
