  • 4 packets sugar substitute to equal 8 tsp. sugar
  • 4 tsp. cocoa
  • 1 qt. pkg. powdered milk
  • 1 tsp. flavoring, such as vanilla, rum or other

    Mix the ingredients above thoroughly.

    Spread the mixture evenly.
