• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 pint half-and-half
• 3 eggs
• 3 egg yolks
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 pint whipping cream
