- 2 c. sugar
- 1 box yellow cake mix with butter
Directions

1Mix cake mix according to directions in two round pans.

2Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside.

3When cake is cool, slice layers in half and frost between each.

4Put cut side down on each. Frost over all cake with rest of icing.
