  • 12 oz. frozen coconut
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 box yellow cake mix with butter

Directions

    Mix cake mix according to directions in two round pans.

    Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside.

    When cake is cool, slice layers in half and frost between each.

    Put cut side down on each. Frost over all cake with rest of icing.
