  • 2 quarts water

    Bring pot of water to boil.

    Husk corn.

    Add corn to boiling water.

    When the water returns to a boil, time for 5 minute

    Remove corn and put in sink filled with cold water.

    When corn is cold remove from water.

    Cut corn off cobs and put corn in freezer bags.

    Suck out air with straw, seal bag and freeze.
