- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 1 jar caramel topping
Directions

1Stir margarine, flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and chopped pecans together in a bowl.

2Spread on a cookie sheet, making sure that edges are the same thickness as center.

3Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Cool; then crumble.

4Spread 1/2 of the crumb mixture into a buttered 9 x 13 x 2-inch covered pan.

5Spoon 1/2 gallon of softened vanilla ice cream over nuts.

6Spread 1 jar of caramel topping over ice cream.

7Spread rest of crumbs over topping. Freeze!
