- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream together margarine, 1/2 cup sugar, egg, 1 1/2 cups flour and baking powder.

2Then spread this mixture in a 13 x 9-inch pan and then press down.

3Next add pineapple on top.

4Then blend the cream cheese, 1 1/2 tablespoons flour, eggs, milk, 1 cup sugar and vanilla.

5Mix well and pour over the pineapple.

6Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
