Frozen Fruit Salad

  • 2 cans fruit cocktail, drained (save juice)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
  • 1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows

Directions

    Heat juices and marshmallows slowly until marshmallows are melted (stir constantly).

    Set aside to cool.

    Put in blender to stir in cream cheese which has reached room temperature.

    Add fruit and nuts.

    Pour into cans fruit was purchased in and freeze. When ready to serve, run water over cans until the contents will come out.

    Slice and serve on lettuce leaves.
