  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
  • 1 1/2 c. Carnation milk
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • sage and poultry seasoning to taste
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cut chicken, floured, salted and peppered

Directions

    Mix all ingredients but chicken in a bowl.

    Put cut up chicken in casserole and pour mixture over chicken.

    Bake at 325° for 3 hours.
