Frozen Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 c. dairy sour cream
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped maraschino cherries, well drained
  • 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 medium ripe banana

Directions

    Line 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin pan wells with paper baking cups. Mix together the sour cream, sugar, lemon juice and salt.

    Blend in walnuts and the well-drained pineapple and cherries.

    Peel and dice the banana and quickly mix into fruit mixture.

    Spoon into baking cups; place

    in freezer or freezing compartment of refrigerator until firm.
