  • 10 Roma Tomatoes
  • 4 Tomatillos
  • 1/2 Medium Sweet Onion
  • 1/2 Seeded Serrano Pepper (optional)
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced (It Needs To Be A Ripe, Soft Lime)
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro

    Coarsely chop tomatoes, tomatillos, onions, and serrano pepper and toss together in a large bowl.

    Working in batches, pulse veggies in a food processor, pulsing each batch to a different fineness (i.e.

    one batch can be a little coarse, one a little finer, and at least one needs to be processed until smooth).

    Pour salsa into a large bowl and add the lime juice, salt, and cilantro.
